Payment and dispatch

The products are delivered all over the world.

Dispatch costs (inclusive of legally applicable VAT)

Deliveries to Germany:

We charge a flat shipping fee for books of 1.50 € per order. For the delivery of other products we charge a flat shipping fee of 4.10 € per order.

From an order value of 30,00 € for books, we deliver free of shipping costs. For other products we deliver free of shipping costs from an order value of 50,00 €.

Deliveries to other countries:

We charge a flat shipping fee for deliveries to:

Belgium, Danmark, Austria, Netherlands, Luxembourg, Czech Republic, France, Poland = 6.50 €

Slovenia, Slovakia, Great Britain, Italy, Hungary, Sweden = 12,00 €

Portugal, Finland, Greece, Bulgaria, Norway, Romania, Ireland, Estonia, Croatia, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, Cyprus, Spain, Italy = 18,00 €

Switzerland, Liechtenstein = 11,00 €

Delivery periods

Unless otherwise specified in the quote,  delivery of goods to Germany shall be made within 3 – 5 days, for deliveries abroad within 5 – 7 days from conclusion of contract (if advance payment agreed from the date of the payment instruction).

Please note that deliveries are not made on Sundays and other holidays.
If you have ordered articles with different delivery dates, we send the articles together in one delivery if no other agreement has beenmade. The delivery date for the complete order will be the same as that of the article with the longest delivery time.
