Coffee enema

Coffee enemas quickly help remove toxins from the liver. They are often an immediate relief when you are tired or drowsy, have a headache, or just feel bad. They also help against cramping, precardiac pain (heart, neck, chest) and the difficulties caused by the sudden withdrawal of all intoxicating sedatives, especially coffee withdrawal.

A coffee enema – if done correctly – causes the liver to produce more bile. It opens the bile ducts and brings the bile to flush out toxins and remove them from the liver in just a few minutes. As a result, one often feels a great relief in all parts of the body, that is, instead of a miserable feeling one has a sense of well-being and is active.

Coffee enemas also alleviate pain, for example, in cancer patients, even if painkillers have failed. In rare cases and at the beginning of the treatment very heavily poisoned persons may experience an unpleasant reaction. This happens when abnormally large amounts of concentrated toxins enter the bile from the liver.

This can lead to seizures in the duodenum and small intestine, causing overflow into the stomach. This can cause nausea. When this happens, a good amount of strong peppermint will help wash the bile out of the stomach and provide relief. It is an interesting fact that drinking a cup of coffee has a completely different effect than coffee in a cleansing enema.

Drinking coffee causes the following problems: Increased reflex response, increased heart rate, insomnia and palpitations, overstimulated adrenal glands, gastric irritation and toxic residues in the body. A coffee enema does not elicit these effects if done correctly. However, a coffee intake can put a strain on the liver. Therefore, a coffee inlet should only be used when needed. Once a week is usually enough.

In cancer patients, it can also make sense to make two enemas per week. Dr. Gerson found that the caffeine in the fluid is absorbed within twelve minutes. The caffeine penetrates through the hemorrhoidal veins directly into the portal veins and thus into the liver. Note: Avoid using water containing chlorine or fluorine if possible.
